Using @Home Personal Trainer's calendar, you can schedule your workouts for the gym, the living room, or anywhere in-between! Simply choose the days of the week you want to work out, the date in which you want to start, followed by the time, and immediately every workout will be automatically uploaded in YOUR CALENDAR for ease of use. Just click on the day and the date to see what your scheduled workout will be. And with the deluxe accounts' Outlook integration, you can move your workouts straight from the internet to your Email database.
